CONCACAF – Football News

The Canadian Soccer Association (CSA) appointed Dominic Maestracci as its acting president during meetings held in Ottawa on 20 October. Involved in football from regional to national level for more than 40 years, Maestracci was the president of the Quebec Soccer Federation from 2003 to 2006 and he has been the CSA vice-president since 2006. Maestracci will be at the helm until May 2008 when the CSA will hold an annual general meeting to elect the next president.
